can produce a television-quality advertising impression less expensively
than any other medium, because of our sales automation module. Furthermore,
because we deliver advertisements with such precision, the CPM (cost
per thousand) rate can increase.
One
of the most significant overhead costs for companies that receive most
of their revenue through advertising is the sales department. Our engine,
in most cases, will eliminate it entirely. We have created a solution
to this problem with Individual Pinpointer.
Advertisers
who wish to buy an advertisement via Individual Pinpointer will
be able to enter a special, secure e-commerce section of our web site.
There, advertisers will have a "shopping cart" where they can buy an
audience for their advertisement composed exclusively of demographics
they select. Quantities of demographics will be the "products" they
place in their shopping basket. For example, Nike would come to the
website and enter a special secure area. After they log in with their
secure ID and password, they would be presented with an empty shopping
cart and several "products" to choose from. They choose to put 40,000
women from the ages 5-40 who live anywhere in the broadcast realm. That
product alone costs about $3700. Nike then chooses to be more specific
and want only English speakers to see the advertisement. Furthermore,
they want to viewing audience to have indicated some special interest,
namely "Track & Field" or "Female Athletes".
Beyond that, they will send a different advertisement to those among
that group who have indicated an interest in tennis, jogging, hiking,
soccer, and so on.
By
having so many constraints, there is very little inventory available,
so it becomes more expensive, for a total price of about $16,000. Now
that the shopping cart has been filled with the exact specifics of demographics
they want, they place their digital advertisement into another section
of the order form, then checkout. That advertisement is then downloaded
to the server system, where it is stored for eventual delivery by the
Symbiosis engine.
Our
"shopping cart" will be able to fulfill most of the advertisement
orders the content provider receives. There will still, of course, be
a need for advertising salesmen to handle the more sizable accounts
and other advertisers who have special needs. The efficiency, speed,
and cost savings provided by the system revolutionizes the industry.
